Hobbies

I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family. We enjoy going to the beach, as well as visiting historic sites in the area and along the East Coast. I grew up in a family full of history teachers so I have been exposed to history and teaching my whole life. I enjoy working with children and students. I want to encourage them that learning history is not all about memorizing facts and dates, but that it is important and poignant to know to be able to understand the world as it is today.
